Ferdinand du Puigaudeau is a French painter. He was born in Nantes on 4 April 1864 and died in Croisic on 19 September 1930. After studying classics he honed his artistic skills by traveling to Italy and Tunisia. In 1886, the year of his first known works, he met Paul Gauguin, Emile Bernard, and Charles Laval in Pont-Aven.
