Hello, collectors and auctions admirers! We’ve had some hickups with the site, but we’re back on tracks just in time for another set of upcoming auctions. Actually, three auctions will be already over at the time of your reading of this post, as Photographs, Icons & Style sale took place on 30 June in Christie’s Paris, while the Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction at Christie’s London and Out of the Box: Contemporary Art Since 1990 at Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions are on its way live, as this upcoming auctions post is being written (June 30 in the evening, CET). Of course, you will be able to read the results of these auctions soon on WideWalls.

However, there are five more auctions left this week. First, three auctions that we’ll cover will be held on July 1: Post War and Contemporary Art at Bonhams London, Post War and Contemporary Day Auction at Christie’s London and Contemporary Art Evening Auction at Sotheby’s London. On the next day, July 2, two more auctions are ahead, Contemporary Art Day Auction at Sotheby’s London and Editions and Works on Paper at Dreweatts & Bloomsbury Auctions, also in London.

Naturally, evening sales at Christie’s and Sotheby’s will draw the biggest attention, with many masterpieces of Contemporary art put up for sale. These two auctions will take up the bulk of estimated $405,003,032 – $574,917,431 for 1,170 lots that will be put on sale at all eight auctions.
