Balasz Takac is alias of Vladimir Bjelicic who is actively engaged in art criticism, curatorial and artistic practice.

From Chile to Beijing Alipio Jaramillo arrived in Bogotá in 1937, at age 24, ready to become an artist. In Manizales the only school that had had the absurd schedule from 6 to 7 at night, and to be an artist 24 hours are needed. He enrolled in the National School of Fine Arts and four years later graduated with the title of Master of Drawing, the diploma is signed by the then Minister of Education, Jorge Eliécer Gaitán.
