Alias of Jasmina Sevic, a researcher and author for Widewalls. She graduated from the Faculty of Political Science (Department for Journalism) in Belgrade in 2013.

I used to try to live up to Warhol’s statement, “I looked at Rembrandt and Superman, Matisse and Bugs Bunny, and began to make my own pictures.” I tried many styles, and still try, and that’s why Rembrandt and Matisse and cartoonish elements appear in my work. But the goal is “my own pictures”, and maybe that’s what I’ve already been doing all the time. I think every work of art needs a secret, an unsolved question, something that can’t be calculated through to the end, and that’s beneath the surface, the style and the appearance anyway. It is something that we produce unconsciously all the time.
