Balasz Takac is alias of Vladimir Bjelicic who is actively engaged in art criticism, curatorial and artistic practice.

From 1887 to 1889, Molitor completed an apprenticeship in canal and railway construction. From 1889 to 1892 he was the surveyor, draftsman, and builder at the Tiefbauamt Cologne. He then completed his apprenticeship with the decorative painter L. Manza in Cologne. In 1893 he held a leading position in a Cologne painting business. In this connection, he directed journeys, and his first independent works, among others, he produced 12 ceiling paintings for the Cafe Maximilian in Cologne.
