Maurits Cornelis Escher, better known as M. C. Escher, was a Dutch graphic artist, famous for his often mathematically inspired woodcuts, lithographs, and mezzotints. His art explires impossible constructions, infinity, architecture, and tessellations. Escher’s notable works include Relativity, Waterfall and Hand with Reflecting Sphere.
