Deeply invested in modern and contemporary art, the Widewalls magazine aims at providing a unique experience for its readers in the form of in-depth and quality journalism.

Born in 1975 in Moscow into a family of artists, Svetà Marlier joined the Art School of the Russian capital at the age of 8. As soon as she graduated from the School of Fine Arts and the School of Cinematography in 1998, she decided to move to France. In Paris, she studied at the famous Penninghen School of Graphic Arts, before moving to Nice, irresistibly attracted by the beauty and light of the Côte d’Azur capital, home of many Russian artists for a long time. Today, it is through series that she best expresses her work. Svetà takes part in many cultural and artistic events on the French Riviera. She also regularly exhibits her work in her gallery-studio in the center of Nice. Drawing from her roots, she puts all her creativity at the service of hope in triumphant and beautiful humanity. The diptych “La Vie” invites us to travel somewhere between Africa and Mesopotamia in search of the origins of humanity. The artist explores Genesis and expresses here the bliss of life, evoking the links between all species, men, women, mammals, birds.
