Howard L. Fogg was an American artist specializing in railroad art. His love of railroads came from his father, a VP of the Litchfield & Madison Railroad. Fogg’s works were more realistic than those of his predecessors (who used exaggerated colors and proportions to emphasize the power and drama of a locomotive), yet no less exciting and dramatic.
