Jorn van Hoorn is a Dutch contemporary artist whose unique style transforms everyday objects into a different perception of reality, creating a translation that is at odds with the common understanding of these objects. He started painting in 1999, and in the next several years evolved from a recently graduated Arts student (Sint Lucas) into an all-round artist and television-maker at public broadcaster BNN.
