The daughter of Judy Garland and Vincente Minnelli, Liza Minnelli became a successful actress and singer, winning an Academy Award in 1973 for her role in Cabaret. Liza entered Warhol's social circle during the 70's when she frequented New York City nightclubs along with Warhol and many others. Minnelli's name even comes up in a few of Warhol's diary entries.
