Julian Opie, born in 1958, is a British artist and former trustee of the Tate Gallery in London, England. He uses computerized technology to reduce photographs into figurative reproductions characterized by flat areas of color, minimal detail and cartoon-like thick black lines. This is a rare artist's proof, aside from the main edition of 50, signed and numbered by the artist on the reverse. The work comes framed in a simple metal frame, as designed by the artist. Please do not hesitate to contact the gallery with any questions.
