Arty-Fact: "Following the initial euphoria that accompanied the wave of uprisings that swept the Arab world in 2011, and after the excitement of our newly found voice subsided and was replaced by a sense of loss and confusion, I decided to go back to the Middle East to see my family. I hoped to get a clearer understanding of the current events accompanying the uprising - but that was naive and ambitious.
