Hungarian-born Victor Vasarely is known as a founder of optical art. He studied in Budapest before emigrating to Paris in 1930. Influenced greatly by the problems of the world's cities, he felt his work offered a solution by presenting a clear view of the 'color-surface-perception' relationship. This signed and numbered serigraph from Permutations is unframed from an edition of 150.
