Amar Priganica & Marie-Claire Gagnon

Amar Priganica (b. 1994) and Marie-Claire Gagnon (b. 1993) are a pair of freelance art writers based in Vienna. Amar is an artist and musician who is currently studying in the painting class under Daniel Richter at the Academy of Fine Arts, while Marie-Claire is a communications student who’s been working for institutions such as mumok and is currently enrolled in a culture/art management class at the Institut für Kulturkonzepte. Together, they’ve been hosting events, publishing zines and writing articles in the field of contemporary art and music for PW-Magazine. Working together has given them the opportunity to marry theory and practice by combining rationality and creativity.
