EVOL - Random House #1 of Nalepastrasse

Using electric boxes, small planters and a variety of other geometric city forms, Evol turns them into miniature apartment buildings and many other structures. Made on used cardboard, his urban installations and paintings depict East Berlin housing architecture from the 1960s.

Created in 2018, Random House #1 of Nalepastrasse features his recognizable gray doors and plain window frames, a repetitive sight which makes EVOL’s work recognizable in a number of different cities.

Sara Pope - True Love (AP)

The British artist Sara Pope is best known for her boldly colorful, seductive paintings and prints of glossy lips. Evoking the glamorous Haute Couture style, her pieces capture the powerful allure, temptation and sensuality conveyed by a pair of sexy lips.

Titled True Love (AP), this piece is executed in the artist's signature shiny, attractive colors, creating a certain pop appeal. Hyperrealism, which makes a great part of her work, creates a great metaphor for the highly controlled world of fashion and advertising.

LX ONE - Sans Titre

Mixing wood, paper, cardboard and paint, the French contemporary artist LX ONE plays with shapes, colors and materials in his abstract works. Over time, his graphic style has turned into the science-fiction world of grids, decomposing the letter form into its purest version.

The work Sans Titre features the artist's abstract geometrical universe situated between plain and empty space, in which he explores the pixel, the smallest element of a picture.

Zest - Frequence Black

One of the leading graffiti authors of the entire street scene in France, Zest is known for his unique abstract vocabulary featuring decomposed movements. Finding inspiration in the world of fashion and architecture, the artist created his world characterized by the letters of his pseudonym, cubic forms and feminine contours.

Titled Fréquence Black, this work is imbued energy obtained through the flow of the gesture and colors.

A Swiss contemporary painter, Patric Sandri creates pieces which linger between abstract art and minimalism. Engaging in detailed color and light study, he creates pieces characterized by clear white canvases, colorful borders, moiré patterns and blurry outlines.

Andy Warhol - Calves Head Giant and Stewed Crepes, Wild Raspberries, 1959

Before Andy Warhol began making art destined for galleries, he was the most successful and highly paid commercial illustrator in New York. He was commissioned by some of the major fashion magazines including Glamour, Vogue, The New York Times, and Harper’s Bazaar.

Upon his arrival in Manhattan where he came to pursue the world of art, Warhol began working for the Fifth Avenue temple of Tiffany & Co in 1956, creating everything from shoe advertisements to Christmas cards. Created in 1959, Calves Head Giant and Stewed Crepes, Wild Raspberries blurs the thin line between commercial design and fine art.

Jane Puylagarde - Fragment XVI, Life series

Using pins, the French artist Jane Puylagarde deposits paint in a series of droplets until a harmonious landscape is obtained. Her works are exclusively composed of a multitude of these little pearls of colored paint, with each and every one of their shadows amplifying the depth of the picture.

The work Fragment XVI from Life series is a white monochrome painting which can be associated with other panels from the series to form a polyptych.

Blek le Rat - The Man Who Walks Through Walls (Chicago)

The father of stencil graffiti, Blek Le Rat is one of the first artists who started decorating the streets of Paris, using a giant graphic image of a rat. His work was highly influential, inspiring generations of graffiti artists across the globe, including Banksy, Space Invader, Shepard Fairey and Icy & Sot.
