In summer 2016, talented American artist ARCY completed his largest mural to date. The mural's message is an emphasis on looking beyond what once was (the rise of agriculture), and to the importance of how it effects our future. The symbolism suggests the transition of the city of Chicago and surrounding areas, and how many citizens may be unaware of the roots of their heritage. The piece bridges the gap from past to present. Entitled Bridging the Gap, the piece measures roughly 160' x 30' and was painted on the rear of a grandstand stadium in Chicago, IL, USA. Calen Albert, a world-renown cinematographer, traveled to Chicago to film the entire process of making this amazing piece.
