Pocket watch: important and very fine gold/enamel watch by Breguet's trainee, signed Leroi Elève de Breguet No. 4508, ca. 1830
Ca. Ø 44 mm, ca. 47 g, 18 K gold, prime quality gold/enamel case, both sides with light green and white enamel, floral golden ornaments, cambered cartouche in center, different musical instruments, finest enamel painting, unrestored original condition, dome signed and numbered, early cylinder movement, unique and original enamel dial with central enamel painting, alpine landscape, original Breguet steel hands, altogether in fantastic condition, with probably original gold ratchet key and probably original mahogany box, green velvet inside, outstanding quality. A comparable watch with the same signature and numbered 4545 was sold in Geneva auction 1994 for ca. 15,000 SwissFrancs.
