Decorated with a lush Boulle-type marquetry in the first part with brass and tortoiseshell (Caret) tinted red in frames. The rich and flowery drawing, dotted with grotesques, fantastic animals, birds, insects, cherubs, garlands, in a dense network of volutes and arabesques foliated animated characters, draws its sources in the work of Jean Bérain. In the center of the tray marquetry bordered by an ingot mold, two musicians and a juggler on an entablature, under a dais supported by dancers with sunflowers. On the sides, a central bouquet of flowers with a dog and a monkey holding insects by links. This furniture has in front a central drawer, a door and two side boxes, each containing three drawers.
