A sculpture by Leon Saulter representing Don Quixote. Commissioned by playwright, Dale Wasserman, to celebrate the success of the Broadway hit Man of La Mancha (1966) which won multiple Tony Awards including Best Musical. Accompanied by a copy of a letter from Wasserman (dated January 8, 1987) and a photograph of the production's lead actor, Richard Kiley, posing with the artist and the finished sculpture
