Ca.21 x 41mm, 18K gold, manual winding, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, silver dial with applied yellow gold dart and dot indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, yellow gold feuille hands, original, very special facetted crystal, very nice condition, with leather strap, sold to Tiffany including signed box. Production of this reference started in 1944. It was made in pink, white and yellow gold and very few examples with polychrome cloisonn� enamel dials. Similar watches are published in �Patek Philippe Wristwatches�, by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, 1998, pp. 129 and 141.
