Upcoming Auctions: Nov 24 – 30
As you’re already used to, every Sunday we introduce you to the best and most affordable art works from the world’s best artists. In the upcoming week, every art fan will get the chance to buy works from big art stars, and for a very reasonable prices. Starting with Tuesday, November 25th, auction house Germann Auktionshaus in Zurich will have among its offer a fantastic piece by Jasper Johns, Samuel Beckett, Fizzles (Foirades), with an estimate €9,988 – 14,983. The following day, Wednesday, November 26th, Vienna’s auction house Dorotheum will host the Contemporary art auction with more than 1,000 artworks on sale. Some of the auction’s highlights are Jonas Burgert’s Zyklus-Potsdam (est. €90,000 – 120,000) and Willem De Kooning’s Waving Man (est. €10,000 – 15,000). The same day, in Udine, Italy, an auction house Artesegno Casa d’Aste offers to its buyer a piece by Shepard Fairey for the starting price of only 120€. Cologne’s auction house Van Ham Kunstauktionen is selling Lucian Freud’s Two men in the studio (est. €7,000 – 9,000) and Jeff Koons’ Paddle Ball Game Rudolf the rednosed Reindeer (est. €300 – 500).
